I want to dedicate 90 minutes a week to doings that I love
- Working out
- Making stuff
Here’s my first week aim:
Find 45 minutes somewhere in my timetable for art and the same for sport. It doesn’t need to be on the same day or consecutive.
I’ve searched and found 45 minutes 7:00-7:45 am on Thursday and 90 minutes on Friday morning.
Thursday this week I will give those 45 minutes over to creativity and Friday is for sport (I’m being assessed at the gym).
