The assessment day came around quickly and the instructor definitely went easy on me! I left the session having barely broken a sweat and feeling quietly confident that I had managed to burn thousands of calories in the process.
The measurement part was good and bad. My BMI is healthy so the PT suggests that I focus on fitness rather than weight loss and don’t worry too much about changing my diet.
I have a serious sweets and coffee habit I need to kick but it’s nice to know it’s not making me obese yet.
