After the nightmare of being zipped in a hot pod and repeatedly falling over I decided to try another yoga venue.
As I mentioned previously, I am totally convinced that hot yoga is the only way to blitz my cellulite.
So, how was it? In a nutshell as good as my hot pod experience was bad.
The class was aimed at beginners which helped. The first part was about warming up and relaxing and the teacher was supper chilled out. There was a lot of emphasis on the breath.
