Oh dear! I tried the baseline fitness assessment.
Press ups in 2 minutes = 28 (not sure I’m doing them in the correct form though)
Situps in 2 minutes = 0 (I can do crunches, but they don’t count)
2.5 K run time = 23 minutes
Sit and reach test = 15 cm
Waist to hip ratio = 0.72
BMI = 21.7
So, it’s not all bad news. My waist to hip ratio is fine as is my BMI, my sit and reach test score was good, finally the yoga is paying off!
It’s those blasted upper body strength tests. I need to work on it, I’m not sure how to get my form correct so it’s a question to add to the list.
