Well, I suppose I know that I have quit at most things but always have a good excuse
My gym session was booked for 11:25, it’s a fatal time really as it means I don’t need to leave the house until 11. This gives me far too much worry time.
By 10 am I had a migraine coming on, I could hardly see to text my cancellation.
I went back to bed with some pain killers and slept solidly until 4pm. Although I feel guilty I’m more worried that this is the first excuse to avoid training and more will follow…
