How do people even move their bodies into those positions?
I love my local hot yoga. It was a different teacher today but she was also great.
I lost my rhythm during the flow section of the class…I’m not sure I can plank and I certainly don’t chakaranga so I seemed to be moving jerkily downwards before seeing everyone else in down dog.
The feeling afterwards was great. A hot shower and a trip to my gran and I was blissed out.
