Arms and Wobble Boards…

wobbleboard1Session today focused on arms, killing off those bingo wings, squatting and another wobble ball squat with weights challenge.

I used the chest press machine and got my arm weights up to 3kg…. Shamelessly light it sounds but heavy it feels!

There was ball throwing and working the obliques plus stretching them out on a large ball afterwards. I’m starting to enjoy this.
