I’m so unfit! On the plus side no one notices… Just finished an intense hour of HIIT. My crowning moment was when the instructor explained that I could set the treadmill up and jump off as it ran along then start again. I took it a bit literally, jumped off and nearly floored him.
“No I meant jump onto the rubber sides”
Oops! However it did help me befriend the woman running next to me at high speed. I am inspired by her amazing abilities to keep going to the class.
No one laughed at me and everyone was too busy panting to notice I was only pressing 6kg to their 10. I like it!
