Stepup Variation

As you know I’m loving the step ups, it’s an exercise I enjoy that doesn’t trigger vertigo. So, always on the look out for new ways to step up someone at the gym suggested the one where you hold one foot on and then just use your toes.  Luckily there was a soft mat near by. It’s hard to stay balanced! Haven’t got the hang of this one yet…but fun trying it out.
