I’m starting to think that unless I have a drastic overhaul of my diet I’m always going to be a pear shape. OK, so now I’m a slightly fitter pear, but my hips and thighs have gone nowhere. There’s so much information out there on what to do, whether to endlessly squat or instead focus on building up the shoulders…it’s so overwhelming!
Would nutrition get me back into my skinny jeans? Even if it would…how would I manage when I have no kitchen access?
