It’s not as bad as I thought it would be. I remember trying to row while still recovering from an injury and staying stuck at well over 3 minute along with a week of pain afterwards.
It makes me happy to know that I can now row (and move) without pain. Today it was 2.17, I’m going to see if I can improve on that for next month and eventually get in under the elusive 2 minutes!
